- Happy New Year!!!! Well, it's a brand new year and winter is in full force. It won't be long before spring is on our doorsteps. Barbeques and family gatherings... spending as much time outdoors as you can to enjoy springtime's beauty. Why not enjoy it in comfort and style with our line of patio and lawn furniture. Each piece of furniture is handmade and assembled in the USA. All the furniture is made from "poly-lumber", a strong, durable, scratch resistant and weather resistant material composed of recycled plastic milk, juice and soft drink containers.  Buck Stove would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We will have our annual Christmas/New Years shutdown starting on December 24, 2008 at 12:00pm and we will return on January 5, 2009 at 8:00am. All customer orders (online or through customer service) should be made prior to December 23rd by 1:00pm to be sent out before the New Year. All dealer/distributor orders must be placed by 4:30pm on December 22 to be shipped out before the New Year. If anyone places an order after these times and dates, their orders will not ship until after January 5th, 2009. If you have a customer service question, please check out our FAQ section or download/view the online manual for your unit for help. All other questions may be sent by email to our customer service department at info@buckstovecorp.com. We will not be able to answer any emails received until after January 5, 2009.  Buck Stove would like to wish everyone a very safe and happy Thanksgiving! We would also like to give Thanks to you, our customers, dealers and distributors for supporting Buck Stove and allowing us to put our products in your businesses and homes. Thank you! Buck Stove will be closed from 4:30pm, Wednesday, November 26 until Monday, December 1 at 8:00am. We are accepting orders during that time via our parts store (for customers) and orders via email and fax (for dealers/distributors). All orders placed will not be processed until Monday, December 1. - Well, fall is upon us and everyone has finally stopped running their air conditioners. It won't be long before old man winter is blowing at our doors and windows wanting in. Make sure to keep him out by winterizing your house now. Weather-strip doors and windows to assure a good seal. Be sure to close and seal any cooling air vents in crawl spaces and basements. For troublesome windows, purchase some transparent plastic window covering from your local hardware store. Also, all of you that have wood stoves and chimneys, now is a good time to get your chimney cleaned and prepared for the winter months. Be sure to check out our line of quality wood stoves made here in the good old USA. Whatever your heating needs, we are sure to have something that fits them perfectly. - Our last dealer training schools are right around the corner. We will hold the last 2 classes on August 20-22 and August 27-29. Please sign up for these classes soon so that you don't miss out. For more information, please click the "Dealer School" button:
- Fourth of July Shutdown. Buck Stove will be closed for July shutdown for a period of 10 calendar days. We will shut down on Thursday, June 26 at 4:30pm (EST) and return on Monday, July 7 at 8:00am (EST). Any orders placed online at our partsstore after 12:00pm (EST) on Thursday, June 26, will not be processed until after we get back on July 7. Any customer service emails received after 12:00pm (EST) on June 26 may not be answered until after we return on the 7th. Our customer service phone lines will not be available after 4:30pm (EST) on June 26 until we return on the 7th. We hope that this isn't too much of an inconvenience. Thank you for visiting us at our open house! People from far and wide arrived to take a look at the new facility and partake in the festivities. The hotdogs and hamburgers were cooked on our new grills. The live band performance was spectacular. We hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did. - Great news!! The stove manuals section is up and going. All manuals for units currently in production are available for download. Manuals for older (non-production) units will be added upon request. This new manuals section makes it simple to get a copy of your lost or worn-out manual or simply view online for quick reference.
- We are Moving!! Buck Stove is moving it's manufacturing facility to a location 7 miles from it's current address. This move has been physically underway for the past 1½ months and has been in preparation for over 6 months. We will have our phones disconnected on Friday Afternoon, December 14th, for the move. The phones at the new facility will be operational by Monday Morning, December 17th at 8am (Eastern Time). We apologize if you can't reach us via phone during this transition time. Thank you for your patience. This move is exciting for us and provides greater expansion possiblities for Buck Stove. The relocation has been a difficult adjustment and has taken up many of our resources accomplishing this monumental task. On behalf of our office and customer service staff, we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding for the past months during our changeover. - New section is up... "Lanterns". Also changed the "Gas Lights" button to "Lights & Lanterns". In this new section, you will find information and news on our beautiful Buck Stove lanterns. Read the latest news about the largest lantern shipment to date (Click Here).
- New button on the Buck Stove home page... "Stove Manuals". This will send you to a new section on our site which has downloadable manuals in Adobe Reader (PDF) format. This section is a work-in-progress, so please forgive any downtime that may occur. Not all manuals will be available at first, but we will be adding more over a period of time. This section was added thanks to many requests from our loyal customers. Thank you for your suggestions.
- New Stove debut in the "Wood" section. Our brand new Model 261 Non-Catalytic Wood Stove is elegant and stylish. The venting technology allows venting from the top or rear of the unit. Click on the picture below for more information.
- The Buck Stove Parts Store is still under construction. New parts are being added gradually (by Model). We hope to have all the parts entered into the store before the end of May.
